EXTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Siting – this was an easy flat lot.
  • Mountain Lodge look materials: wood facia and soffit, concrete decking, acrylic stucco siding, cedar shake roof – all compliant with the development building scheme.
 
INTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Maximum natural light, function and wow were all high priority when tweaking these plans from the architect
