We put a lot of time into creating a detailed budget that captures all the selections and specifications from the design process with Jody. Together we use this budget as a decision-making tool to further refine your selections to ensure that you are getting the most value without compromising your needs and goals.
Myself and Jody are very hands on throughout the entire new build process. I manage the site of all our custom home builds. My perfect day, however, is a day of framing or finishing with my crew. Jody is the specifications and details manager so with her you will be visiting our suppliers and making all your material selections (no interior design fees - we throw some design hours into your budget to cover that). The real secret to our success, however, is the rest of our team. Our crew of Journeymen carpenters, our trades and suppliers, we think, are among the best in the East Kootenay’s. Jody and I and our crew work hard to provide our trades and suppliers with a clean, organized work site so they continue to give us and you their best pricing, their best work and our consideration to keep our projects on time.
We have longstanding relationships with all our team members and that is one of the main reasons we can deliver high quality on a consistent basis. Every custom home build will have challenges, but we have the team to meet them all and deliver an outstanding finished product on time and on budget.

Working with Brian and Jody was a collaborative and well organized experience. We worked closely with Jody during the design phase to ensure our personal astatic was transferred into our new home and Brian took these plans and made them into reality. Having the design and construction team work closely together ensured that constructability and the overall look of the house were taken into account throughout planning, construction and completion.
