EXTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • This is one of the original condominiums at the Fernie Ski Resort so no exterior considerations
 
INTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Some of the large bedroom armoires had to be assembled on site because they wouldn’t fit in the elevator or turn in the narrow hallways going into the bedrooms.
  • Ceilings heights were unproportionate for the size of the rooms so adding high interior windows, removing the closets and replacing with armoires and “floating” style furniture all brought things back into scale.
