EXTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Siting – This was an infill lot, so manipulation of grading was minimal.  The house was designed to have a north east back deck with just 3 steps to the yard and basement windows with no need for window wells
  • Low maintenance materials: aluminum railing, facia and soffit, ACQ decking, vinyl siding and Smart trims.
 
INTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • This is a small footprint so efficient use of space and lots of natural light was critical.
  • Neutral, enduring color scheme
 
BUDGET CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Spec Home in a slow buyers’ market so budget was key.
