EXTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Siting – Tight setbacks in an unprotected fire area meant compromises on side yard glazing (limiting distance code).  Minimum distance from lake and height above high-water mark meant mechanical considerations and moving the house further back from the shoreline than the original cabin
  • Solar panel installation
  • Low maintenance materials: aluminum railing, facia and soffit,  Smart Panel siding and Smart trims
 
INTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • 1387 sf efficient floor plan – 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and screen porch
