  • Siting – its all about the views!  and maximizing southern exposure
  • Low maintenance materials: aluminum railing, facia, and soffit, composite decking, James Hardie siding and Smart trims
  • Craftsman style
  • Southwest facing deck may require deciduous tree plantings to protect from heat
 
INTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Craftsman style with a contemporary update
 
HOMEOWNER PRIORITIES:
  • “special” finishes/features added wherever there was opportunity and budget allowance
