EXTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Siting – narrow lot meant limiting distance consideration.  Drive thru access to back yard garage
  • Low maintenance materials: aluminum, facia, and soffit, concrete decking, James Hardie siding and Smart trims
  • Careful selection of materials to give this simple architecture distinct style.
 
INTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Not a detail overlooked in the industrial farmhouse décor and small efficient floorplan.
 
BUDGET CONSIDERATIONS:
  • A small footprint meant we could splurge a little in the finishes: rustic plank hardwood, cement bathroom tiles, steel beams, salvaged wood barn doors, custom cabinetry, steel railing …
