EXTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Siting – this was an infill lot, so the design of the house fit the existing grading perfectly.
  • The location of the back deck offered maximum privacy from neighbors and was only a few steps down to the grass.
  • Low maintenance materials: aluminum railing, facia and soffit, concrete decking, vinyl siding, Smart trims.
 
INTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • A floor-plan that would appeal to a large segment of the market.  Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry on the main
  • The street side is west facing which means low hot sun.  Thus the reason for splitting the windows in the living room.
