EXTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Siting – we worked through modifications to the original plans to fit within maximum 40% site coverage and glazing limitations do to limiting distance on side yard setbacks.
  • Low maintenance materials: aluminum railing, facia and soffit, Sierra Stone decking, James Hardie siding and Smart trims.
 
INTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Function and “wow” were important so interior design prior to framing was key
 
BUDGET CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Downsizing retirement home
