I designed the Great Room and main deck in the center of the home, so it looks straight up a natural opening in the trees at the back of the lot. Site line from front door straight up this view. It really draws you in!

EXTERIOR CONSIDERATIONS:
- Siting – this was a large sloped rural lot. Careful design consideration was given to driveway, back yard, views and natural light.
- Low maintenance materials: aluminum railing, facia and soffit, concrete decking, acrylic stucco siding and Smart trims.
